“It could start with a quick drawing on the train to work from Edinburgh to Galashiels showing off both the incredible beauty of the Scottish Borders but also symbolising the routine of a well trodden journey to my design lecturing job. The pandemic restrictions became a brilliant opportunity to observe the The New Town area of Edinburgh where I have loved living for the greatest part of my adult life.”
